Carmen came to the rescue pregnant & abandoned. She had her pups in the rescue and entered the prison training program (6/2018) when her momma responsibilities were fulfilled. Her handler is working on getting her out of her shell & learning basic commands. She's housebroken & tolerates baths and nail clipping.
