Meet Harper,

Harper is a young full standard poodle and what we lovingly refer to as a Velcro dog. She is fond of her person and will be with you and by your side constantly, even places where we might consider more private! Due to her fondness for people, she would do well as an only dog as she loves all the attention. She gets along ok with other dogs but does not play with them or really do much interaction. She does well with older children, is calm, not real active, and enjoys her cuddles and naps. She gave to us with an oral tumor (tested and is not cancer),and as much as possible has been removed without causing any deformities or decrease in quality of life. She is doing  just great and is ready to find a special forever home. As with all our dogs, our hope is that any medical needs in the future would be addressed, in this case we honestly do not know if the growth will reappear and require an additional surgery for it to be removed.  We never know what the future holds, but we provide details on what we do know about for your awareness.  This girl has been a delight for her foster and is well worth any future potential risk.  Please put in an application and meet this girl!
