Meet Hartford! Hartford had a rough start to life, coming to DASH from a hoarding situation. This tiny boy is a very social puppy. He is crate trained, and great with other dogs, cats and kids. He is currently learning some basic commands along with working on leash training and housebreaking. His favorite things to do are playing with toys, being held, and doing zoomies through his fosters mom's house and back yard.
