Chess was saved from an out of state high kill shelter. She is a beautiful chi mix girl who is approximately 3 years old and 9 pounds. She is missing some toes on her back foot. I think she has had a rough life. Despite that she is super calm and loves to cuddle. She loves people and does wonderfully with children. She also gets along great with other dogs and cats. She is so sweet and not a barker. She went into the prison training program in June 2018. Her handler is working on basic commands and she is learning more each week. She is housebroken, crate trained and does well with baths and nail trimming.
