Learn more about the Australian Cattle Dog/Blue Heeler.
Bandit entered the Dash Prison Dog Training Program in June 2018; he was saved from a full local shelter. His handler reports he knows all of his commands and practices them weekly, on and off leash. Bandit loves to show affection to anyone that will pat his head. UPDATE Bandits foster mom says he is a cuddler a real lovebug. He has excellent listening skills he’s housebroken, crate-trained, leash trained an he knows basic commands. He’s is good with kids, cats and dogs. He would probable do best with a fenced yard because he loves to run and play. He’s probably not an apartment kind of guy. The perfect family for Bandit would be one with lots of love, time and affection. "We are an all-volunteer, foster based rescue! As we get to know each pet better, we make sure that their profile is up to date as possible. As a foster based group, we do not have one location for potential adopters to come and meet our sweet adoptable pets. Therefore, if you are interested in meeting a pet or adopting, we ask that you please fill out an application at https://dashrescue.rescuegroups.org as the first step. Once your application is processed and approved, we will work to ensure that the pet you applied for is the best match for you and your family. "
