Oscar is a young, shepherd mix, pulled from an over-full, local shelter. He entered the DASH Prison Program & has learned the commands sit, heel & down. Oscar is house broken, crate & leash trained. He tolerates a bath, brush, nail trim and loves to play!❤ He's ready for adoption & will make a great addition to any family.
