Haley needs a caretaker or foster! Won't you consider helping her get a new start?
Haley was in the DASH Prison Program in for a couple of months & is now in a community foster home. She was very shy when she arrived, her handler worked on her social skills, particularly with bigger dogs & just a couple of commands. She really came out of her shell & love to play & get human attention.
Haley likes small dogs & doesn't mind cats (She ignores cats, unless they engage her). She can be protective of food & toys.
