Lexi is a young beautiful loving and playful female German Shepherd but sadly her owners both passed away. She has had a ton of changes and did not do well with a family members dog. She's been sad and misses her owners. She will need plenty of time to decompress in her new home.
Lexi was very pampered and spoiled by her owners. She may not eat or drink for the first few days and may need to be feed some cooked chicken. They fed her cooked chicken and/or hamburger with her meals.
She is so sweet and loves kids but likes to protect them. She loves vehicle rides, running and play ball. She is housebroken and will ring hanging doorknob bells to go outside. She doesn't like going outside in the dark by herself. She is dog selective and will need proper interdiction when meeting new dogs. She does have long hair and a double coat so she will need frequent brushing, de-shedding of her undercoat and regular grooming to prevent her coat from matting.
