Macy is a beautiful, intelligent, energetic girl, eager to please. She has been through basic canine training at the DASH/prison program and does well in a crate and with lots of commands. Indoors, she is calm and well-behaved, doesn't bark, enjoys her naps and sleeps through the night, and loves her humans—she is generous with her kisses and eager with greetings! Outdoors, the hound in her is strong so she becomes energetic and playful. Vigorous daily exercise will keep her happy: she needs opportunities to run off-leash with other dogs in a secure yard or dog park, and/or an active person or family to exercise her. People are quick to notice how beautiful and how sweet she is! She is very good with other dogs and with kids, and she likes to sunbathe, indoors or out.
