Hannibal is a silly, playful little guy that enjoys attention and being held.  He will play with toys, likes to roughhouses with his human in a small dog kinda way and will playfully chase your feet. He doesn't like being picked up quickly and is sensitive to firm touch. He's not mean at all just sensitive. He can be a little nervous when he first meets you but warms up very quickly. He loves cuddles. He's affraid of bigger dogs but smaller dogs and cats are fine. He's looking for a family with older considerate kids, a family that doesn't mind his occasional quark, will give him attention,, play with him, is home often and will let him snuggle on their lap and keep him warm. Approx. 10-12lbs.
