Meet Charlie Dozer!
This sweet boy is eager to please and seems fine with his Foster family dogs. He's also great on a leash. He's a German Shepherd Mix. Vet says he's between 4 and 5 yrs old. We're not sure if he has had frostbite or bad fly bites to the tips of his ears. He was dumped off at a shelter in Kentucky.
