Otis is a previous little guy that has boundless energy. He's a boxer/lab mix who loves to snuggle and play with his foster brother. He is almost housebroken, doesn’t sleep through the night!! He goes to the back door when he needs to go to the bathroom and also enjoys his crate when peace and quiet is his desire.
