Penny 2 year old Chihuahua mix estimated to be 13 lbs 
Penny is very sweet loves to play and would be a great family dog . She is house broken and currently using a doggie door at her foster home to go out to potty. Penny is gentle and does well with other dogs and cats . She loves to be held and petted.
