A round of applause for Faelan please! This big, beautiful guy came to DASH because his family had to move and they weren’t able to take him with them. He is in The DASH Prison training program where he is proving to be very intelligent, obedient/eager to please & affectionate! He is doing his work on all basic commands so he can be on his best behavior for you!! He knows sit, stay, heel, down, wait, leave it & free! Of course, he will need your help continuing this as he acclimates to your home! Like many large breed dogs, German-Shepherds need a job & keeping up on his training will give him purpose & make him a more settled family member!!  He appears to love other dogs and cats, and although he has lived with a family before, we are unsure if he was around children, so proper introductions would be needed. This boy appears to love life & all people too! He is housetrained & leash trained but will bark in his crate because he'd much rather be out beside his family. He is energetic outside and lazy/relaxed inside, perfect for anyone, really. Besides, he is easy on the eyes if you like big beautiful boys!! FYI: Faelan's trainer did some research & found his breed is called "Sable" German Shepherd!!  His prior foster mom said he is a perfect gentleman in the home!  This gorgeous boy is just an all around great dog & would love to have a home and family of his own to love!!!!
