Terrier / Mixed (short coat) : : Male : : Young
Meet Nemo! This youngster had a rough start to life when another dog left him with a partial leg amputation at just 14 weeks old. He is putting all of that behind him now and the vet says it should not cause any problems for this sweet boy later in life. Nemo is currently in our DASH Prison Training Program where he is learning basic, good boy manners & is reported to be housetrained, leash & crate trained (He barks sometimes but is learning it's ok). He is working on commands like sit, stay, heel & leave it. His trainer says "Cute puppy, Glowing spirit, loves to be held, a pleasure to be around" & is a "great companion". That's quite a review!!!! His former foster also reported that Nemo is so playful and full of love. He plays well with other pups and likes adults and children as well. (We're not sure about kitties yet) He'd love a chance to show you all he has to offer!! If you're interested, the first step in our adoption process is to submit an application on our website. www.dashanimalrescue.org
