Introducing Joey,

Joey is heartworm positive survivor! He is just not surviving he is soaring and enjoying life to its fullest.  Joey loves to be with his person and his foster brother.  Joey like many others is not a morning dog and likes to sleep in, maybe this is just the dog for you!  He does like to take walks and feel the breeze on his face. He also enjoys bringing his foster family so much joy, I mean JOY is part of his name!   Joey will be adopted with extra heart worm medicine to ensure he stays on preventative and continues to live his best life with you.  He is also housetrained and will will even tell you when he needs to go outside, wow!  He is also good in a crate in the rare case where that might be needed or during transitioning.  He loves treats very much and is learning to be a consistent listener.  He is so loving and we know you will fall in love with this guy.
