Meet Neil, Neil weighs 4lbs and estimated 2-3 years. He's very sweet, loves to cuddle & give kisses. He does not like big dogs but was fine with littles. He has little bowed legs and is very light and small. He was never around kids but was very sweet with house guests. Once he trusts you, it is pure love & affection. He can give a little whine for attention. He and his friend Johnny did fight over treats at times and would play together. He is great with pooping outside but still working on going outside and could utilize a tiny belly band in the interim. He, as well, was kept in a bird cage. He did not know outside and was just used for profit. People did this little boy wrong, DASH is here to put it right. He is so small and fragile; he would do best with no small children and maybe an experience Chi owner. He will do well as the only dog as he can soak up all the love he can get.
