Say hello to Charlie! This charming young lady is in the DASH Prison Training Program where she has excelled in her puppy manners and basic commands. Her handler/trainer says she is an amazing dog! "She is a beautiful, gentle dog that gets along with every dog and loves all people and playing with other dogs. Charlie LOVES playing in the snow! She is always happy." Charlie just simply loves life and everyone she meets... except cats! Let's just skip the cats with this little angel. She has not been kid-tested, so proper introductions are a must. Charlie has proven to be very intelligent as she has done well with the commands "sit, down, wait, leave it, and heel" and she walks well on a leash. Of course, she will need to continue practicing as she learns the expectations and routines in her new home. She is also housetrained and does well in her crate. Charlie is a relaxed and sociable girl who tolerates being around multiple people. Her trainer says she "can sense your moods, and if you're upset, she will come sit by you to give you love." She has also recently started to run to see if you're ok if you sneeze or cough!! That is pretty special. If you are looking for an empathetic, gentle, family companion, this girl would likely do well in just about any setting. *Note:  Please do not hold Charlie's pictures against her. It was a stressful day for her and since she is in the training program, we have been unable to receive updated photos.
