Meet Heather! Heather is very sweet but very fearful. She is slowly coming out of her shell. She doesn't like to be left alone and wants to be near her person. She will need a patient adopter who will give her the time she needs to adjust. She would do best in a quiet home with no small children. She does not enjoy being on a leash, but her foster family is working on that along with confidence and housebreaking.
