Rosie is an 8 to 10-week-old Beagle mix who came to DASH due to owner surrender. Rosie is an energetic, happy, feisty, fun-loving puppy who loves to play, snuggle, and nap. She, like her sister, has a sweet, but slightly feistier, personality. She loves to run zoomies, play outside, play with toys, chew on whatever she can (although she will respond to no quite well for being so young), give you lots of loving kisses, and snuggle on your lap. She appears to be smart and a quick learner. She is doing very well with housebreaking as long as she is let outside frequently enough. She does not know yet how to let someone know she needs to go outside but when asked if she wants to go outside she runs right to the door and potties outside every time. She is doing well with crate training, sleeping all night in her crate, only occasionally needing to be let out at night. She does well in her crate during the day if she needs to go in it. She is doing very well with learning to walk on a leash and loves to take walks with the other dogs or by herself with her fosters. She loves belly rubs and sleeping close to her people. She is a little shy at first meeting new people but warms up very quickly (within just a minute or two). She loves people of all ages and genders. She does well with other dogs and cats and would make a wonderful addition to your family.
